Too high temperature rise brings five hazards to the injection molding machine

the injection molding machine is the processing machine used the most in the plastic processing industry. hazard 4: accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of oil. Too high temperature rise of the injection molding machine will accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of the oil, precipitate asphalt, and reduce the lead time of the hydraulic oil. The precipitates block the damping holes and slot valve ports, causing the pressure valve to be stuck and unable to move. hazard 5: it leads to the decline of the working quality of components. Too high temperature rise of the injection molding machine will reduce the working quality of components, and dissolved air in the oil will escape, resulting in cavitation, which will reduce the working performance of the hydraulic system
